1. Plate selection
Under the premise of meeting the requirements of vehicle strength, enterprises should try to adopt more common and mature technologies in the market. For example, the material of a front anti-collision beam inner plate of our company is made of Swedish knife material DOCO860. Because of the high strength of the plate, the opening of the mold is 8mm after the molding of the general process, and the arc rebound is up to 15mm. For these problems, we can only conduct multiple tests through rebound compensation, which is not only long time in cycle, but also wastes material.

Production Process
At present, there are two types of production lines used by enterprises: manual production lines and automatic production lines. In terms of automatic line, in order to ensure the automatic slip of the production waste, the angle between the slider and the table must be greater than 20°, and the automatic wire mold feeding height requirements are consistent. Finally, in order to ensure that the waste can slide freely, the height of all the molds must be increased. . However, for the entire vehicle, reducing the mold height is an effective way to save mold development costs. There is no such problem with the manual production line.
